• Own interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization
• lead end-to-end discovery efforts
• translate problems into specifications
• define 6-9 month roadmaps
• build business cases for funding
• monitor KPIs
• partner with engineering and UX teams
• mentor other Product Managers
• represent the product area in PI planning
• champion AI-accelerated discovery.
