What you'll do

• Lead safe, enjoyable, educational group exercise classes
• answer participant questions
• maintain wellness knowledge through training
• build relationships and community
• adapt instruction to participants’ abilities, health, and culture
• record attendance in MotionVibe
• follow YMCA policies and respond to emergencies
• address member issues professionally.
