The General Manager, Cemetery and Funeral Home Portfolio role is fully onsite in Scranton, PA, with regular onsite presence across assigned locations. Base salary is $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance. The role leads portfolio operations, team performance, and business results while supporting service excellence for families. Through financial oversight, team development, customer issue resolution, and operational standards, the General Manager works to meet budget and service goals across multiple cemetery and funeral home locations.

What you'll do

• Own daily operations and full P&L for the assigned portfolio
• achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profit levels
• review financial results and address performance deviations
• resolve escalated customer issues
• lead, recruit, hire, train, and retain teams
• conduct manager meetings and performance reviews
• manage inventory and vendor relationships
• ensure workplace health and safety compliance
• select and purchase operational materials within budget.
