The Registered Nurse (RN) — Long-Term Care role is onsite in Hampton, VA, with compensation of $37–$47.60 per hour. Waterview Health and Rehab provides resident care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The RN assesses residents, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers prescribed medications and treatments, and supervises nursing staff. Coordination with healthcare professionals and participation in quality activities support safe, continuous resident care.

What you'll do

• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans

• monitor and document health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• coordinate care with physicians and other professionals
• educate residents and families
• respond to emergencies
• participate in quality assurance.
