What you'll do

• Receive, handle, pack, ship, and manage inventory
• verify inbound shipments and scan inventory accurately
• record and report shipment damage
• assist customers and support drop-off and pickup days
• process pull requests, seller returns, errors, and missing item information
• help implement and test process improvements
• collaborate with management and other departments.
