What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and document dosage, timing, and administration
• provide individualized care and assist with activities of daily living
• maintain medication records and report adverse reactions or errors to the supervising nurse
• monitor residents and report changes
• store medications securely
• collaborate with the healthcare team and follow safety protocols.
