What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions
• prepare daily activity and incident reports.

Why this role
