What you'll do

• Prepare, assemble, cook, plate, and garnish menu items according to recipes and special requests
• complete prep tasks including protein and vegetable preparation, sauces, and portioning
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked station
• follow food allergy, safety, and sanitation procedures
• read tickets and thermometers
• communicate delays and food issues
• monitor quality and inventory
• support prep and line stations, line checks, opening, closing, and side work.
