• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related mechanical and electrical components
• troubleshoot equipment using meters and electronic tools
• maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment
• organize and document job requirements
• communicate with customers about work and system options
• support and motivate helpers and fellow technicians.
