Frontline Sales Representative

Job overview

The Frontline Sales Representative role is onsite in Honolulu, HI; compensation is $20 per hour during initial training, plus commissions and bonuses. After training, compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage. The role supports Travel + Leisure Co.’s vacation ownership and travel membership business and its goal of creating vacation experiences for travelers. The representative presents vacation ownership benefits to prospective and current owners, builds rapport, and generates sales using company-provided prequalified leads. Ongoing training and performance reviews support sales execution and product knowledge.

What you'll do

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations in resort sales centers
• build rapport with prospective and current owners
• explain the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
• initiate transactions and use appropriate closing techniques
• attend scheduled training and department meetings
• stay current on sales materials and industry trends
• set and review performance goals.
