What you'll do

• Monitor overall operations of senior living facilities
• assist with shift coverage as needed
• apply state regulations, policies, and procedures and ensure compliance
• manage hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline
• review staff schedules and staffing budgets
• promote staff retention
• communicate expectations
• advocate for residents and team members
• travel throughout the assigned region.
