What you'll do

• Prepare buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill and fry products to standards
• restock display items when needed
• maintain product temperatures
• track inventory and rotate products using FIFO
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow local health department requirements
• assist guests with food options.
