Water Damage Lead Technician

Job overview

The Water Damage Lead Technician is an onsite role based in Madison, WI, with a salary range of $50,000–$60,000 per year. This position supports the restoration department at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Madison by overseeing residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role exists to ensure restoration services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and insurance requirements. The Lead Technician directs on-site teams, manages project documentation, and maintains quality control to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
