The Line Cook role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay is $15.16–$16.50 per hour. Carl’s Jr. cooks support the General Manager or shift managers and help serve guests quality menu items in a fast, friendly atmosphere. The cook prepares orders to the kitchen screens and follows food-safety and brand standards. Coordinating with crew members and maintaining stations and equipment helps fulfill orders promptly and consistently.

What you'll do

• Prepare food orders displayed on kitchen order screens
• keep the station clean, neat, and organized
• follow product assembly and holding standards
• record product temperatures
• complete thaw, prep, and production records
• work with crew members to fulfill orders promptly
• filter and quick-clean fryers
• clean equipment
• stock and organize the back of house
• follow food-safety standards.
