What you'll do

• Develop and lead global distribution strategy across channels
• manage relationships with distribution partners, OEMs, and MROs
• lead commercial negotiations and agreements
• partner with Sales and Commercial Solutions
• oversee distribution innovations and direct sales capabilities
• monitor performance, distribution costs, revenue, cycle counts, and inventory costs
• represent the company in industry forums.
