Technical Recruiter

What you'll do

• Source and identify candidates qualified for information technology roles
• screen candidates for basic qualifications
• communicate the company’s mission to candidates
• guide candidates through the hiring process
• work with hiring managers on feedback, role requirements, and sourcing strategy
• manage the applicant tracking system
• track and report recruiting KPIs.
