What you'll do

• Provide daily leadership and support to team members
• inspect equipment and address hazards
• reinforce safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
• ensure products meet customer quality standards
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices
• maintain sanitation and food-safety standards
• assist operators with problem solving
• may assume some supervisory responsibilities when the supervisor is absent.
