What you'll do

• Review annual budget requests and prepare budget recommendations and forecasts
• serve on the township bargaining team
• prepare financial information for labor negotiations
• participate in mediation, fact-finding, and Act 312 arbitration hearings
• prepare salary and benefit forecasts with Human Resources
• provide financial management and reporting
• develop and implement budget and accounting policies
• prepare fiscal notes and reports
• direct department planning, budgeting, operations, goals, and performance measures.
