What you'll do

• Welcome and check in patients
• verify and update patient information and insurance
• answer and route calls
• schedule appointments and follow-ups
• process records and referrals
• collect copays and fees
• support contact lens orders and inventory
• clean and disinfect ophthalmology equipment
• perform preliminary vision tests and diagnostic procedures
• prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures under physician supervision
• educate patients on eye care and treatment.
