What you'll do

• Collect used dishes, glassware, and kitchenware
• load and unload the dish machine and hand-wash items as needed
• store clean items
• keep the line stocked with clean plates, glassware, and utensils
• help set up workstations
• maintain cleaning supplies
• report dish machine issues
• take out trash and recycling
• clean and sanitize the kitchen, including floors.
