What you'll do

• Provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• supervise direct-care staff
• plan and assign work according to resident needs and staff capabilities
• adjust assignments for staffing and safety
• arrange replacements after staffing calls
• transfer employees among units as needed
• complete performance evaluations and provide hiring or discipline input
• adjust breaks and resolve staff concerns
• oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
