Coating Line Operator — Second Shift

The Coating Line Operator role is onsite in Owatonna, MN, Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Quanex is a manufacturing company serving fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration, and outdoor-product markets. The operator prepares parts for coating, removes and packages finished parts, moves materials, and checks products and orders. The work supports production quality, ISO standards, accurate order fulfillment, and safe operations.

What you'll do

• Hang parts on fixtures for coating
• remove coated parts and place them in required containers
• rotate among positions and equipment as instructed
• move materials
• check and test products for quality and ISO standards
• verify quantities and part identification in shop orders
• follow safety procedures.
