Master Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Master Personal Trainer role is onsite in Camarillo, CA, with training delivered at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour, plus performance bonuses. What you'll do

• Lead and mentor personal trainers
• conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app
• design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• oversee client success metrics and training quality
• support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• facilitate workshops and team development
• and contribute to local marketing and community engagement. Requires an accredited personal trainer certification, CPR/AED certification, at least three years of personal training and leadership experience, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Schedule is flexible
• full-time is preferred.
