Customer Service Shift Supervisor

Description: Oversee our front-end team and assist with store customer service. Oversee and train team members in delivering customer service excellence, cashiering & cash handling, and departmental upkeep. Duties associated with both opening and closing the store, including but not limited to drawer reconciliation, safe accountability, cleaning, and delegating tasks. Ensuring retail-readiness.
