What you'll do

• Develop product weapons mission-planning strategies aligned with enterprise priorities, platform timelines, and warfighter needs
• maintain the Weapons ART capability roadmap
• coordinate cross-team integration of new capabilities while maintaining legacy functionality
• manage backlogs and define features as SAFe Product Manager
• gather operational feedback from U.S., partner, and FMS users
• coordinate evaluation, test planning, compliance, and formal acceptance with program offices and test organizations
• improve workflow transparency and governance across the ART.
