What you'll do

• Administer on-call, maintenance, and inspection schedules

• plan and direct contract performance through account personnel
• maintain the validity of the asset-management software program and ensure work orders are entered without delay
• review financial statements and prepare budgets with senior management
• perform other duties as assigned.
