Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager

The Utility-Scale Concrete Division Manager role is onsite in Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR, with approximately 25% monthly travel to project sites nationwide. Compensation is $180,000–$250,000 per year. The role leads R-2 Contractors’ Concrete Division and supports utility-scale concrete construction projects across the United States. The manager oversees structural concrete operations and develops teams and processes to deliver safe, productive, high-quality projects. The role coordinates field leaders, project resources, customers, and internal partners while monitoring operational performance, quality, safety, budgets, and division growth.

What you'll do

• Lead utility-scale concrete operations across projects
• develop superintendents, foremen, and field leaders
• oversee structural concrete work and quality control
• coordinate reinforcing steel, formwork, embedded items, concrete production, placement, finishing, and curing
• plan manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources
• partner with project managers, operations, estimating, and executives
• monitor productivity and equipment utilization
• support scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and resource management
• build customer and subcontractor relationships
• and lead safety and continuous-improvement efforts.
