Memory Care Caregiver

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including transfers, mobility, bathing, toileting, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing linens
• support attendance at meals, activities, appointments, and scheduled events
• assist with walkers and wheelchairs and monitor daily schedules
• document care and complete shift summaries
• communicate with team members to support continuity of care.
