Reconstruction Project Manager

• Develop scopes of work with homeowners or property managers

• conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• obtain permits and coordinate inspections
• provide written updates with photos after project visits
• manage subcontractor and material expenses within budget
• communicate with clients and internal teams.
