Quality Analyst

What you'll do

• Monitor compliance with program SOPs, work instructions, call guides, completion times, and quality expectations
• review processes and recommend efficiency improvements
• assist with onboarding, training, certification, and training records
• review adverse events and product complaints
• score and calibrate recorded calls and documentation
• identify trends and recommend improvements
• collaborate on quality issues and provide feedback
• audit patient files
• validate data and reports
• investigate causes of delays
• compile quality improvement data
• facilitate external program audits
• manage multiple project work streams.
