What you'll do

• Lead assigned underwriters and appraisal analyst
• monitor pipeline metrics and quality guidelines
• maintain knowledge of mortgage products, policies, processes, and documentation
• ensure risk-management and compliance adherence
• monitor trends and provide feedback, coaching, or training
• prepare trend reports
• conduct second-tier reviews
• assist with complex loans and exception vetting
• serve as an escalation point
• recruit, develop, mentor, and retain team members
• manage day-to-day operations.
