Personal Care Aide

Job overview

The Personal Care Aide role is onsite, providing in-home care to clients in the Sugar Land, TX area. Pay starts at $13 per hour. Right at Home provides non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities to support daily life at home. The aide provides individualized assistance with daily living, companionship, and household tasks, while helping clients maintain safety and independence. The role also includes reporting changes in clients’ conditions and accompanying or transporting them to errands and medical appointments as needed.

What you'll do

• Assist with transfers and ambulation
• help with bathing, showering, and dressing
• prepare meals and clean up
• accompany or transport clients to errands or medical appointments
• provide medication reminders
• support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s
• do laundry and light housekeeping
• provide companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
