Field Safety Representative

What you'll do

• Conduct safety audits and inspections at underground construction and right-of-way clearing sites
• identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• support compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry standards
• partner with foremen on safety plans and tailgate talks
• train crews on PPE and field safety topics
• lead new-hire safety onboarding and verify competency
• respond onsite to emergencies and incidents
• prepare safety reports and documentation
• communicate safety concerns between crews and management.
