What you'll do

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs and the quality assurance program
• observe and document resident attendance, mood, behavior, involvement, and progress
• coordinate with other facility departments
• prepare and clean activity areas
• follow resident care plans
• recommend activity equipment and supplies
• purchase department supplies and resident items
• protect resident information and dignity
• oversee scheduled activities
• visit in-room residents and assist with letters, errands, crafts, and projects as needed.
