What you'll do

• Operate the switchboard, intercom, and two-way radio
• handle incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls
• provide information or direct callers to appropriate personnel
• assist guests with voicemail
• dispatch maintenance and housekeeping staff as needed
• respond to guest inquiries and concerns
• escalate unresolved issues
• follow resort, guest-service, quality-assurance, and loss-prevention procedures.
