Life Enrichment Director

What you'll do

• Plan and lead daily, weekly, and monthly life-enrichment programs
• adapt activities to residents’ abilities, interests, feedback, and needs
• support memory care through structured routines and relationship-based engagement
• collaborate with care and department teams
• maintain calendars and documentation, track participation, manage supplies and budgets, and meet licensing requirements.
