What you'll do

• Lead, recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• oversee bakery opening and closing, cash balancing, and deposits
• manage special orders and deliveries
• set sales and production goals and team schedules
• manage inventory levels, supply orders, and monthly inventory
• uphold product, service, merchandising, and food-safety standards
• manage controllable expenses and complete payroll and business reporting
• lead community outreach and coordinate local event participation.
