Mitigation Crew Chief

Job overview

The Mitigation Crew Chief role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with compensation of $28–$35 per hour. OCI Restoration is a locally and veteran-owned IICRC Certified Firm serving Raleigh and surrounding areas. The crew chief leads mitigation work on residential and light commercial losses, applying restoration standards and adapting drying strategies to job conditions. The role also maintains project documentation and serves as the primary onsite contact for property owners and adjusters.

What you'll do

• Lead field crews
• execute mitigation projects under ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, and S700 standards
• develop and adjust drying strategies
• maintain moisture logs and photo records
• communicate with property owners and adjusters
• identify scope changes
• and participate in the on-call rotation.
