• Manage global, multi-site security or infrastructure rollouts
• oversee stage-gate processes, RFPs, procurement, vendor selection, SLAs, and multi-vendor coordination
• manage CapEx/OpEx budgets and total cost of ownership analysis
• coordinate risk, change, cutover, and compliance planning
• provide steering committee updates, KPI reporting, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
