Senior Supply Planner

Job overview

The Senior Supply Planner role is onsite in Irvine, CA. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Planning and supports supply planning for an assigned Revelyst brand. The planner develops supply plans that balance demand forecasts, inventory targets, minimum order quantities, lead times, and vendor capacity. The role also coaches planners and contributes data-driven recommendations to cross-functional planning and S&OP decisions.

What you'll do

• Develop short- and long-term supply plans
• coordinate with Demand Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Operations, and Logistics
• balance MOQ requirements
• build constrained demand and supply plans
• manage supply alerts
• coordinate delivery dates and service levels
• manage inventory and safety stock
• monitor KPIs and resolve supply issues
• prepare supply, excess-and-obsolete, and OTIF reporting
• support lifecycle management and product transitions
• communicate supply risks and opportunities
• lead and coach supply planners.
