The Caregiver (AM Shift) – Senior Living Community role is onsite in Forest Lake, MN, with an AM shift from 6 AM to 2 PM. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Suite Living Senior Care provides assisted living and memory care in its Forest Lake community. The caregiver provides person-centered support to residents, assisting with daily living, mobility, medication administration after training, activities, meals, and light housekeeping. The role also monitors residents’ conditions and reports changes to the leadership team, helping support residents’ daily care and safety.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and transfers
• assist with medication administration after training
• engage residents in activities and conversation
• provide light housekeeping and meal assistance
• monitor and report changes in condition
• respond calmly to emergencies.

Why this role

AM shift is 6 AM–2 PM. CNA certification is preferred but not required; the posting welcomes experienced or newly certified caregivers and requires availability every other weekend. New team members complete four days of paid onboarding training, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, at the Arden Hills, MN training center.
