What you'll do

• Wipe tables, bar areas, and seats
• replace dirty tablecloths
• set tables and bar areas with linens and supplies
• carry dishes and tableware to and from the kitchen and expo line
• clean spills and remove trash
• maintain supplies and restock service areas
• serve water, coffee, rolls, or butter when required
• fill beverage and ice dispensers
• assist with food service
• clean food-service areas and floors.
