Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position located in Jamestown, ND. The salary is $44,768.00 per person, with approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, and utilities. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution providing a cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role is designed for married couples to provide a nurturing, family-like environment for approximately 8-13 students in on-campus homes. Houseparents are responsible for guiding students' academic, emotional, and social development, fostering their potential and creating a structured, supportive living situation.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
