What you'll do

• Provide case management under clinical supervision
• meet clients in community settings using a properly insured company vehicle
• provide individual and group case management, community activities, facility visits, vocational training, and care coordination as specified by the treatment team and individual treatment plan
• comply with policies and procedures
• collaborate with managers to assess and improve service quality
• maintain knowledge of behavioral health issues, documentation procedures, and therapeutic methods.
