The Senior Project Manager — Commercial Construction role is onsite in Henderson, NC. The annual salary range is $120,000–$150,000. Atlantic Constructors is an established construction company serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. The senior project manager provides overall direction for two or more projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver work within schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. The role also supports estimating, client relationships, project documentation, and development of new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Plan and organize project staffing
• establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards
• liaise with clients and architect/engineer contacts
• assist with estimating work packages
• monitor construction schedule and budget
• investigate serious issues and implement corrective measures
• review productivity and labor reports
• maintain schedules, submittal logs, change-request documentation, and close-out documents
• coordinate meetings and distribute contract documents
• solicit subcontractor and supplier proposals
• manage quality, schedule, budget, and safety
• maintain customer relationships
• monitor staffing and performance.
