The role includes assessment and treatment planning, individual and group counseling, client and family education, documentation, referrals, and coordination with treatment teams, while completing credential and continuing education requirements.

What you'll do

• Assess treatment needs and participate in individualized treatment planning and counseling in group and individual settings
• communicate client needs, progress, and recommendations to treatment teams and involved agencies
• educate clients and families
• document sessions and review client progress
• respond appropriately to acute distress and make referrals
• participate in team meetings and clinical training
• maintain credential and continuing education requirements.
