What you'll do

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate activity programming
• complete sections of the MDS and develop resident-specific care plans
• interview residents and families about interests and backgrounds
• develop and maintain the volunteer program
• maintain activity supplies
• participate in QAPI
• schedule and evaluate staff for program coverage
• create and manage the activity calendar.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of an Activity Director course or two years of experience in a social or recreational program. College or clerical schooling is preferred. Program coverage includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
