What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the property management division
• supervise and support property managers and team members
• establish standards, workflows, deadlines, and performance expectations

• train team members on company systems and technology
• oversee move-ins and move-outs, vendor relationships, rent collection, bills, expenditures, rates, and prospect marketing.
