Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Boonton, NJ. Compensation is $70,000–$76,000 per year. The role leads the facilities and maintenance team at TerrAscend’s cultivation and processing facility. The supervisor oversees maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, compliance, and team performance to help keep the facility operating at capacity with minimal downtime. The role coordinates with cultivation, processing, and compliance teams to reduce operational disruptions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate maintenance staff and work orders
• inspect buildings, equipment, and systems
• oversee repairs
• manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, packaging, and labeling systems
• develop and schedule preventive maintenance
• maintain records and supplies
• train and evaluate staff
• coordinate facility upkeep and flexible shifts.
