What you'll do

• Enter and update customer records, service requests, and job details
• process invoices, estimates, and payment records using QuickBooks and Service Fusion
• maintain organized digital files
• review entries for completeness and correct discrepancies
• coordinate with field and office staff on scheduling and job status
• generate routine reports and summaries
• protect confidential customer and financial information.
